  Fantastic atmosphere for dining and drinks. Attended wedding with many of the bridal party staying... staff were exemplary and actually seemed to revel in the atmosphere!

  Beautiful hotel with lovely dining areas. Warm fires and exceptionally delicious food. Great service.

  Setting is great. There is no service. Waited for one hour for meal. After an hour all meals brought out except one. Other meals went cold as we waited about five minutes for the last meal to appear. Arrived at 12,30 and they had run out of the pie dish. By 2.00 pm when ready to order desert they had run out of the apple desert. Every time we needed assistance had to call out several times for attendance. One waiter was accountable for over 20 tables. The lack of service and wait times were unacceptable. The servings are small. My rib eye main course dish had four chips and one sprout cut into four tiny pieces. That was it! The wonderful décor unfortunately does not make up for the small portions of food or the constant need to call out for a waiter or the long wait for food to arrive. Very disappointing experience overall.
